How to: Turn Off Automatic Update in Win7/8/vista

Tired from Automatic Update while playing with internet in your desktop or Laptop..

Follow the steps for turn off the automatic updates in Win7/8/vista

Step-1 

open controll panel > click on Windows Update  

                                   ( if view is compiled,then click on System & Security )

compile view                                                                                   extracted view

Step-2

Now in Section of Important updates in drop down list make selection of  Never Check for updates.

Now Press OK and you get turn off automatic updates of windows...
